Exotic Capital provides back-office support and data-driven insights for ranch operators, including bookkeeping and cash flow planning, herd management, and market reporting. The specific scope, fees, and deliverables of any engagement are set out in a separate agreement between you and Exotic Capital.

Client Portal & Accounts

Access to the Client Portal is provided to authorized clients. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them in a way that could harm Exotic Capital or any other party.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, software, and materials on this site — including Gus Ranch and related tools — are owned by Exotic Capital or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
